Brightmind provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from our users. 1. The Personal Information We Collect
In the course of using Brightmind, you will provide us with personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, and information on your use of and activities at our App or Mobile App that may be connected with you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information that we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses. Personal Information may also include information you supply to us concerning your preferences and interests expressed in the course of your use of Brightmind. In addition to the above, when you ask or answer questions, or upload video, audio, or text files, or other content ("Content"), we will store information about the Content including information you supply in the form of tags as well as information we generate from analyzing the files. This information is used to index your Content, making it possible for you to easily sort and search through it.
When you visit Brightmind, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or app. This information may include your computer's Internet Protocol address, browser type, the web page you were visiting before you came to our Site and information you search for on our Site. 3. How Brightmind uses and processes the information that you provide or make available.

to enable you to communicate with other Members, including but not limited to by sending them messages or other information in Team, Q&A, and private conversations;
to operate, protect, improve and optimize the Platform, Brightmind’s business, and our users’ experience, such as to perform analytics, conduct research, personalize or otherwise customize your experience, and to provide customer service;
to help create and maintain a trusted and safer environment on the Platform and Services, such as enforcing our Terms and policies, verifying any profile information provided by you, and conducting checks against databases and information sources (such as but not limited to public government databases) for fraud detection and prevention, risk assessment and harm prevention purposes. In this regard, we may do any or all of the foregoing with or without further notifying you;
to send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you;
to send you marketing, advertising, and promotional messages and other information that may be of interest to you, including information about Brightmind, our services, or general promotions for partner campaigns and services.If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive any such communications, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions provided in any of the communications sent to you, or update your "account settings" information. 4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Brightmind Users. We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on Brightmind according to the preferences you set in your account. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.
Service Providers, Business Partners and Others. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of Brightmind's features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Site and APP are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information, including your Content, but only to the extent necessary to perform these tasks on our behalf.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Brightmind cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Brightmind or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.
Business Transfers. Brightmind may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
5. Changing or Deleting Your Information
You may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by changing your "account settings."

Brightmind is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable measures designed to protect your Personal Information and your Content from unauthorized access.
7. Cookies
We may use cookies in order to customize the website and mobile app for return visitors. These cookies are not required for site functionality.
We may use an analytics tool such as "Google Analytics" or “Heap Analytics” to collect information about use of the website and our mobile app. These analytics tools collect information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites or features they used prior to coming to this site or feature. We use the information we get from such analytics only to improve our site and app. The analytics tools collect only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of analytics tools with personally identifiable information. Although analytics tools plant a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but the analytics firm. The analytic firm's ability to use and share information collected by that firm about your visits to this site or app is restricted by the analytic firm’s Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for Google Analytics and Heap Analytics.
